Since our first Sailboat arrived on November 2014, we have received an increased number of visitors. Activities has increased as well, life at Linton Bay as the time pass by is reacher but still as peacefull as we know you want and like it.

Bridges that allow RTG cranes pass from the Flagstone area to the Sailboat Yard were completed on May 2015.

Flagstone Construction started on January 2015, with individual parts constructed in a different location. As of May 2015 this phase of the MasterPlan is on a 50% of advance and heading to be finalized as it was planned on August 2015.

Flagstone are another important phase of our Master Plan. On December 2014 and right after the Dociking System was Completed, Flagstone construction started.

As soon as we completed our Docking systems, we received out fist sailboat. It maked the beggining of a number of visitors to come.

Assembly work begun on early November, and with this, a new milestone would be completed: LBM Docks were created.

On October 7th, 2014 we received the confirmation that our Portoons cargo had departure and was heading to the English Channel with Panamá as final destination. One of the majors milestones in this project became true.
